To enroll in Online Banking for the first time you need to sign an enrollment request. This can be done by stopping by any branch. You can also request a form be sent to you by using the "More Questions" button at the top of this page.Once you sign the request you can fax it to Customer Service at 863-983-5043. Be sure to include an active e-mail address as the instructions to log in will be e-mailed to you. If you prefer you can also mail the form to P.O. Box 1237, Clewiston, FL 33440.
