We are pleased to announce that we have formed an alliance with Coconut Grove Bank to provide Trust Department services for our First Bank customers. Our banks share several characteristics that will make our customers feel right at home. Both banks were founded in the 1920s, both banks operated continuously through out the depression years, and both banks remain to this day fiercely independent in ownership.

Our relationship began during Hurricane Andrew in 1992 when First Bank was able to assist Coconut Grove Bank recover from the aftermath by providing electric generators and water for their employees and families. From that beginning, born of hardship and desperate times, has come the opportunity to provide Trust Department services locally, for the first time, to our customers in Southwest Florida.

Coconut Grove Bank's qualified Trust Department is large enough to handle an account of any size. They offer a level of personal service that is becoming extremely hard to find.
